ISO/TS 19407: EU = 1.5 × foot length (cm) + 2; UK = 3 × foot length (in) − 23. US men = UK + 1, US women = UK + 2 (some brands use 1.5 or 2.5). Japan (JIS S 5037) = foot length in cm. Brazil = EU − 2. Sizes are rounded to the nearest half.
