⏱ 5 min🍽 Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Eggs3
  • Butter10 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Method

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and beat with a fork just enough to mix the whites and yolks.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until it foams, without letting it brown.
  3. Pour in the eggs. Let them set for 20 seconds, then push the edges towards the centre with a spatula, tilting the pan.
  4. While the top is still a little creamy (1 to 2 minutes), fold the omelette in half and slide it onto the plate.

πŸ’‘ Tip : Take it off the heat just before it looks done: it finishes cooking on the plate and stays soft.
